What is the Meeting Planner functionality?

The meeting functionality, also known as Meetingplanner or meeting calendar, is a tool that allows event attendees to schedule appointments with each other in a simple and organized way, fostering networking before, during and after the event.

With this feature, each attendee can manage their own meeting schedule and coordinate personalized meetings with other participants, whether in person, virtual, or hybrid. This allows them to make the most of their event attendance by connecting with the right people at the right time.

Where can it be used?

The meeting system is available for both in-person and virtual events developed with Eventool. For online events, meetings are conducted through an integrated video conferencing tool, without the need for external solutions.
