Is it possible to set a maximum time limit for responding to meeting requests?

Yes, it's possible to set a time limit for attendees to respond to meeting requests. This advanced feature streamlines scheduling and prevents unnecessary delays.

How does it work?

With this option enabled, you can configure a maximum response time (for example, 24 or 48 hours). Once that time has elapsed:

  • The request may be accepted automatically, or

  • The time slot is released, allowing new applications.

The behavior will depend on the configuration chosen for the event.

How do I activate it?

This feature is a custom option and is not available by default. If you wish to implement it in your event, please contact the Eventool team to discuss its activation and how to configure it to your needs.
