# Is it possible to limit the number of requests per time slot?

By default, attendees may **receive multiple requests** for the same time slot. However, there is the option to activate a custom feature that **temporarily blocks that time slot as soon as a request is received**.

### How does it work?

With this option enabled:

* When an attendee receives a meeting request, they **automatically become unavailable** for that same time slot.
* Until you accept or decline the appointment, **other attendees will not be able to send you new requests** for that time slot.
* Once processed, the space is free again (if applicable).

### How do I activate it?

This feature is not available by default. If you're interested in using it for your event, please **contact the Eventool team** so they can enable it in your dashboard.
