Can meetings that have already been confirmed be cancelled?

Yes, with a custom feature, it's possible to allow attendees to cancel confirmed meetings directly from the app. This option offers greater flexibility in managing schedules during the event.

How does it work?

With this feature enabled:

• Either of the two attendees may cancel a previously confirmed meeting.

• When cancelling, you are required to provide a mandatory reason, which will be visible to the other person.

• Once cancelled, the time slot is automatically released, allowing new meetings to be received or requested for that same time.

How do I activate it?
