# Can attendees indicate whether a meeting has taken place?

Yes, it is possible to activate an option so that attendees can **mark from the app whether a meeting has taken place** and give their feedback about it.

***

### Activate the feedback option

From the management panel, go to:

> **Settings > Included Options > Meetings**

Check the box "**With feedback on bookings**".

With this option enabled, attendees will see a button in the app that allows them to **confirm whether the meeting has taken place or not** once the scheduled time has ended.

### How does it work?

* The option is **only available at the end of the meeting**.
* **Both assistants** can mark the result.
* It is a **shared** action: if one of the two confirms or indicates that it has not been done, the other will no longer be able to modify the response.

This feature is ideal for keeping more accurate track of meetings that actually took place and obtaining useful information about networking activity during the event.
