Can attendees indicate whether a meeting has taken place?

Yes, it is possible to activate an option so that attendees can mark from the app whether a meeting has taken place and give their feedback about it.

Activate the feedback option

From the management panel, go to:

Settings > Included Options > Meetings

Check the box "With feedback on bookings".

With this option enabled, attendees will see a button in the app that allows them to confirm whether the meeting has taken place or not once the scheduled time has ended.

How does it work?

• The option is only available at the end of the meeting.

• Both assistants can mark the result.

• It is a shared action: if one of the two confirms or indicates that it has not been done, the other will no longer be able to modify the response.
