# Can attendees add their meetings to their mobile calendars?

Yes! From Eventool's native apps, attendees have the option to quickly and easily **add their meetings to their phone's calendar**.

### How does it work?

Within the app, in the **My Meeting Plan** section, attendees will see their schedule of confirmed meetings, with all the details arranged chronologically.

From there, they will be able to use the option:

> **“Add to calendar”**

When you tap it, the device's calendar tool (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.) will automatically open with the meeting details already loaded: date, time, attendee name, location, and event.
