# Proceedings (abstracts)

**Categories**: to designate a category for communication. If the information is uploaded from Excel, the categories must be added in Excel and in the panel with the same name.

**Export/Import**: to download the Excel file and add information from all communications. To upload the file related to the communication, follow the same procedure as when uploading a photo. Copy the file name (as saved on your device) into the file column. Create a ‘ZIP’ folder containing the Excel file and the documents in question and upload them to the export/import section. All the information will be saved in the panel.
