What is the Exhibitors section?

Space for companies sponsoring and/or collaborating with the event.

How do I add exhibitor information?

Add it from the panel.
Add it with Excel from export/import.
Create the exhibitor with their name and email address and send them an email asking them to add their information (this information can also be added from Excel).

Create an exhibitor from the panel:

Add exhibitor resources.

Exhibitors can collect information on how many people have visited their stands at the event.

If an ‘exhibitors’ section has been added to the app menu, there is a box for attendees to tick if they have visited a particular stand.

Another option is to create a QR code for the exhibitor and place it at the physical stand at the event. Attendees can scan the QR code using the app, and the information will be stored in the dashboard. This allows you to see how many people have scanned the QR code and, therefore, visited the stand. The information displayed shows which attendee scanned the code, at what time, and from which device. There is also the option to hide the names of those who scan the code, displaying only the number.

How to create QR points for exhibitors:

Panel > PARTICIPACTION > QR captures > QR capture points:

+ NEW QR CAPTURE POINT.
Add name and exhibitor.
Select whether anonymous QR scanning is permitted (without having to identify yourself in the app).
Download (you download the code).

Captured QRs

A list appears with all the QR codes that have been captured.

Export / Import

To download the Excel file and add the information for each exhibitor. Once completed, upload it to the panel. When you download it, a folder with the Excel file and the QR codes for each exhibitor will be downloaded.
