1. DUNS Number. This is your company's global ID, and Google uses it for verification. If you don't have one, you can request it for free from the Dun & Bradstreet website; it takes a few days to arrive. support.google.com

2. Protected corporate Google account with two-step verification.

3. Bank card in the company's name to pay the 25 USD.

4. Tax information (company name, address, telephone number, and website). This information must match what is registered with the tax authorities and your payment profile. support.google.com

Create a developer account

1. Sign in with your corporate Google account.

2. Go to Google Play Console and tap “Create account”.

3. Select “Organization” and accept the Distribution Agreement. support.google.com

Fill out the registration form

1. Legal name – as it appears in the commercial register.

2. 9-digit D-U-N-S.

3. Corporate address, phone number and website.

Tip: Copy and paste the data from an official document to avoid spelling errors.

Configure your payment profile

The console will ask you to link (or create) a Google Payments Business profile. Enter the same tax information and company bank account details—Google will use this information for verification. static.googleusercontent.com

Confirm the charge with your card; you will receive the receipt by email in seconds.

Invite the Eventool team

1. In the console go to Users & permissions.

Recommendations

• Always use a business email address, not a generic one like gmail.com

• Periodically review which users have access and remove those who no longer participate.

• Activate two-step verification for guests as well; it's free and prevents unpleasant surprises.
